Geodemografické charakteristiky pacientů s diabetem 2. typu v péči vybraných poskytovatelů ambulantních zdravotních služeb v Česku Abstrakt Práce se zabývá analýzou populace diabetiků léčených s 2. typem diabetu v ordinacích ambulantních diabetologů a všeobecných praktických lékařů (VPL) v Česku na základě geodemografických charakteristik. Rovněž je zkoumána kapacita lékařů, jakožto poskytovatelů zdravotní služeb. V první části jsou nastíněny důležité informace o diabetu, představení systému českého zdravotnictví nebo míra prevalence diabetu ve světě. Samotným cílem práce je poukázat na demografické a regionální rozdíly v čerpání ambulantních zdravotních služeb v ordinacích ambulantních diabetologů a VPL pacienty s 2. typem diabetu v Česku za rok 2017. Důraz je tedy kladen jak na pacienty s vykázanou diagnózou E11 ambulantními diabetology, tak na pacienty s vykázaným zdravotnickým výkonem 01201 (péče o stabilizovaného kompenzovaného diabetika 2. typu praktickým lékařem), tj. v péči VPL. Pohlavní a věkovou strukturu diabetiků nelze z veřejně dostupných dat získat, proto budou v práci využita anonymizovaná data od největší české zdravotní pojišťovny (Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny ČR). K možnosti využití dat za celé Česko bylo pomocí znalosti pohlavní a věkové struktury obyvatel Česka a pojištěnců VZP ČR... Geodemographic characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes in the care of selected providers of outpatient health services in Czechia in 2017 Abstract This thesis deals with the analysis of the population of diabetics treated with type 2 diabetes in outpatient facilities of diabetologists and general practitioners in Czechia on the basis of geodemographic characteristics. In addition, the thesis deals with the capacity of doctors as health care providers. The first part outlines important information about diabetes, the classification of the Czech health care system or the prevalence of diabetes in the world. The aim of this thesis is to point out the demographic and regional differences in the use of outpatient health services in the facilities of outpatient diabetologists and general practitioners by patients with type 2 diabetes in Czechia in 2017. Emphasis is therefore put on both patients with an E11 diagnosis as diagnosed by outpatient diabetologists and on patients with a reported medical performance of 01201 (care of a stabilized compensated type 2 diabetic by a general practitioner). The gender and age structure of diabetics cannot be obtained from publicly available data, therefore anonymized data from the largest Czech health insurance company (Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna ČR/ General...
