Název: Změny centrální reaktibility v průběhu termické stimulace monitorované pomocí elektromagnetické tomografie (sLORETA) Cíle: Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda dochází ke změnám centrální reaktibility během lokální termické stimulace teplem a chladem a porovnat vliv analgetické elektrické stimulace TENS proudů aplikovaných po jednotlivých termických stimulech. Zdrojová aktivita mozku byla snímána ze skalpové EEG a výsledné hodnoty byly vyhodnoceny pomocí sLORETA programu. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 12 mladých, zdravých osob ve věku starších 21 let. Základním předpokladem pro účast v tomto experimentu byl dobrý zdravotní stav bez výskytu neurologických či jiných diagnóz. V průběhu celého experimentu byla zaznamenávána elektrická aktivita mozku, zprostředkovaná 32-kanálovou EEG čepicí. Měření se skládalo z několika částí. Po celou dobu experimentu byli probandi v poloze vleže na zádech a všechny stimuly byly aplikovány lokálně na oblast pravé ruky. Nejprve byl pořízen záznam z klidového EEG se zavřenýma očima po dobu pěti minut. Následně proběhlo dvouminutové měření při elektrické stimulaci TENS proudy v nadprahově senzitivní intenzitě, která byla u každého jedince individuální. Po elektrické stimulaci následovala aplikace tepla formou parafínu, kdy byla probandům pětkrát za sebou ponořena... Title: Changes in central reactivity during thermal stimulation monitored by electromagnetic tomography (sLORETA) Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to determine whether there are any changes in central reactivity during local thermal stimulation by heat and cold and to compare the effect of analgesic electrical stimulation by TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) applied after single thermal stimuli. The brain activity was scanned from the scalp EEG and the results were evaluated by using sLORETA program. Methods: Twelve young, healthy people over the age of 21 participated in this study. The requirement for the participation in this experiment was good health condition without any neurological or other diagnoses. The electrical activity of the brain was being recorded throughout the whole experiment using a 32-channel EEG cap. The measurement had multiple parts. During the whole experiment, the participants were lying on the therapeutic table and all stimuli were applied locally to the right hand. Firstly, the EEG was recorded while participants were resting with closed eyes for five minutes. Then we realized a measurement of a two-minute long application of electrical stimulation of TENS in above-threshold sensitive intensity, which was individual for each participant. The...
