Rigorózní práce si klade za cíl zvýšit transparentnost a důvěryhodnost zjištěných poznatků ve stejnojmenné diplomové práci. V diplomové práci byl prostřednictvím metody zakotvené teorie zmapován proces učení se žít s bipolární afektivní poruchou. V původní práci absentovala transparentnost procesu zpracování dat, díky čemuž nebyly zjištěné poznatky dostatečně validní. Dalším cílem této práce je popis metodologie klinické studie AKTIBIPO400, které se účastní aktéři diplomové práce pro hodnocení možného vlivu studie na výsledky diplomové práce. Teoretická část původní práce zůstala zcela zachována, pojednává o historickém i současném přístupu k bipolární afektivní poruše, jejím klinickém obrazu a možnostech léčby. Upravena byla empirická část diplomové práce, kde je podrobně prezentován postup při zpracování dat. Konkrétně práce nově obsahuje popis vlastní sebereflexe během analýzy dat, využití počítačového softwaru Altas.ti a jednotlivé kroky zpracování dat (konceptualizace údaje, kategorizace údaje a konstrukce teorie). Součástí úprav je také nová příloha, která prezentuje ukázky jednotlivých fází analýzy. Další změna se týká podrobnějšího popisu respondentů, přesněji jejich účasti v klinické studii AKTIBIPO400, jejímž zadavatelem je tele-medicínský start-up Mindpax s.r.o. V diplomové nebylo... The aim of the thesis is to increase the transparency and credibility of the data obtained in the diploma thesis. In the diploma thesis, the process of learning to live with bipolar disorder was mapped via grounded theory method. The original thesis has a lack of transparency of the data processing which makes the findings less valid. Another aim of this thesis is to describe the methodology of the AKTIBIPO400 clinical study which is taken part by the participants of the diploma thesis and to evaluate the possible impact of the study on the results of the diploma thesis. The theoretical part of the original thesis has been completely sustained. It discusses the historical and current approach to bipolar disorder, it's clinical course and treatment options. The empirical part of the original thesis has been modified as the data processing procedure is presented in detail. Specifically, the thesis now contains a description of a self-reflection during the data analysis, the usage of the Atlas.ti software and the individual phases of data processing (data conceptualization, data categorization and theory construction). The modifications also include a new appendix which presents examples of the data processing phases. Another modification is focused on a more detailed population description....
