VÝCHODISKA - U dětí a mladistvých, které navštěvují Ambulanci dětské a dorostové adiktologie, nebylo doposud popsáno prostředí, z něhož pocházejí. Práce se zabývá popisem různých aspektů života těchto klientů. CÍLE - Cílem bakalářské práce byl popis prostředí, ze kterého pochází děti a mladiství, docházející do ADDA. Konkrétně výzkum sledoval rozvodovost, úplnost rodin a konflikty vyskytující se v rodinách. Dalším sledovaným aspektem prostředí byla přítomnost uživatele návykových látek ve společné domácnosti s pacientem. Na závěr výzkum shrnuje společné aspekty z domácnosti dětských a mladistvých uživatelů navštěvujících ambulanci. METODY - Výzkumnou metodou byla popisná statistika, zaměřená na popis pacientů ADDA. Informace byly získány ze strukturovaných anamnestických listů (SAL), který vyplňují rodiče při vstupu potomka do zařízení, následně byly přehledně rozděleny podle četnosti do tabulek a grafů. VÝSLEDKY - 47 dětí (ze 112 odpovědí) žije v úplné rodině, 24 dětí žije v domácnosti, která je doplněná o partnera a zbývajících 41 dětí pochází z neúplné rodiny, ve které jeden z rodičů chybí. Pouze 7 respondentů uvedlo soužití pacienta s člověkem, který má problém s alkoholem, 6 uvedlo člověka, který bere drogy a 10 přítomnost jedince, který bral drogy v minulosti. 97 % dětí pochází z České... BACKROUND - The environment of children and adolescents attending the Outpatient Addiction Treatment Clinic for Children and Adolescents has not yet been described in detail. The work deals with the description of various aspects of the life of these clients. AIMS - The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe the environment from which children and adolescents come to ADDA. Specifically, the research looked at divorce rate, family integrity, and family conflicts. Another monitored aspect of the environment was the presence of a substance user in the common household with the patient. The research should also summarize common aspects from the household of children and adolescent users attending the clinic. METHODS - The research method was descriptive statistics, focused on the description of ADDA patients. The information was obtained from structured anamnestic sheets (SAL), which are filled in by the parents when the child enters the outpatient addiction treatment clinic. The data were clearly divided according to frequency into tables and graphs. RESULTS - 47 children (out of 112 answers) live in a complete family, 24 children live in a household that is supplemented by a partner and the remaining 41 children come from an incomplete family in which one of the parents is missing.
