Název: Ovlivňování pohybových schopností ve fotbalovém tréninku s přihlédnutím k prevenci zranění Cíle: Hlavním cílem je zanalyzovat vhodné postupy ke snížení rizika zranění ve fotbale u jedinců, kteří se nacházejí v období mladší dospělosti, tedy ve věku 20-30 let, kdy vrcholí jejich motorická výkonnost. Dále je záměrem této práce doporučit nejlepší metody a dávkování tréninku tak, aby bylo docíleno dostatečné efektivity a zároveň se předešlo zraněním, která vznikají v důsledku svalových dysbalancí a přetížení jednotlivých svalových partií. Cílem je také prostudování vědeckých a odborných publikací, které se zabývají pohybovými předpoklady a problematikou vztahu kondice k prevenci zranění. Metody: V této práci byla zvolena metoda literární rešerše formou nastudování a vyvození závěrů z jednotlivých sportovních studii z českých, ale především anglických odborných publikací. Pro získání podkladů bylo využito mnoha informačních zdrojů, převážně odborná literatura a knihy se sportovní tematikou soustředěné v Národní digitální knihovně ČR. A pak také Portál elektronických zdrojů Univerzity Karlovy, především PubMed a SPORTDiscus. Pro vyhledávání podkladů pro tuto práci jsem používal klíčová slova jako fotbal, zranění, pohybové předpoklady, prevence, příčina úrazu, kondice. Výsledky: Výsledkem této... Title: Influencing motor skills in football training with regard to injury prevention Objectives: The main objective is to analyze appropriate methods to reduce the risk of football injuries in individuals who are in their early adulthood, between 20-30 years of age, when their motor performance peaks. Furthermore, the aim of this work is to recommend the best methods and dosage of training to achieve sufficient effectiveness and at the same time prevent injuries that arise due to muscle imbalances and overload of individual muscle parts, as well as studying scientific and expert publications focusing on movement preconditions and the issue of the relationship between fitness and injury prevention. Methods: In this work, the method of literary research was chosen in the form of studying and drawing conclusions from individual sports studies from Czech, but mainly English expert publications. Many information sources were used to obtain data, mainly expert literature and books on sports topics concentrated in the National Digital Library of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the Portal of Electronic Resources of Charles University, especially PubMed and SPORTDiscus were used.
