Ženy užívající návykové látky během těhotenství: vliv užívání návykových látek na prenatální a postnatální vývoj dítěte Blanka Nechanská Abstrakt Kontext: Závislost na návykových látkách u těhotných žen je celosvětový problém veřejného zdravotnictví spojený s vysokými náklady pro společnost a na osobní úrovni i pro tyto ženy a jejich děti. Cíle: Cílem studie bylo zjistit základní socioekonomické charakteristiky žen s diagnostiko- vanou poruchou způsobenou užíváním návykových látek během těhotenství a vybrané charakteristiky stavu jejich novorozenců. Dalším cílem bylo studovat morbiditu dětí prenatálně vystavených návykovým látkám do tří let jejich života. Materiál a metodika: Byla provedena série analýz v rámci database-linkage studie kombinující údaje o těhotenství, stavu novorozenců a hospitalizaci v ČR v letech 2000-2014. Výzkumný soubor sestával z těhotných žen léčených pro poruchu spojenou s užíváním návykových látek během těhotenství a žen z obecné populace a jejich dětí. Sledovanými charakteristikami stavu novorozenců byly především gestační věk, porodní hmotnost a délka, obvod hlavičky, předčasný porod a růstová restrikce plodu (Small for gestational age, SGA). U sledování morbidity dětí ve věku 3 let byly zahrnuty informace o počtu hospitalizací, ošetřovací době a diagnostických skupinách podle... Aims: The aim of the study was to determine the basic socioeconomic characteristics of women with substance use disorder during pregnancy and selected characteristics neonatal outcomes their children. Another goal was to study the morbidity in children prenatally exposed to addictive substances by studying hospitalizations up to three years of age. Material and methods: Series of analysis within database-linkage study combining data on pregnancy and neonatal outcomes with data from in-patient treatment in CR in 2000-2014 was performed. The sample consisted of pregnant women diagnosed with substance use disorder during pregnancy and women from general population, and their children. Neonatal outcomes were gestational age, birth weight and length, preterm birth, and intrauterine growth restriction (Small-for-Gestational-Age, SGA).
