Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby administrativní budovy. Stavba je umístěna ve městě Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, okres Vsetín. Objekt je samostatně stojící, má tři nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází vstupní hala budovy, kavárna, školící místnosti a turistické informační centrum. Ve druhém a ve třetím nadzemním podlaží jsou kancelářské prostory. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hromadná garáž s 15-ti parkovacími místy. Půdorys domu je obdélníkového tvaru. Vnitřní prostor prosvětluje nezastřešené atrium prostupující celou budovou. Objekt je řešen jako železobetonový monolitický skelet založený na základové desce. Výplňové zdivo skeletu je navrženo z keramických tvárnic. Zastřešení stavby je řešeno plochou vegetační střechou. The aim of this diploma thesis is a design of new office building. The construction is situated in the city of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in the Vsetín district. The building is a detached house and it has three floors and an underground level. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall of the building, a café, educational centre rooms and a tourist information office. On the second and third floors, there is an office area. The underground car park provides fifteen parking spots for the tenants The floor plan of the building is of a rectangular shape. An unroofed atrium, cutting through the inner space, lightens the entire building interior. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame on a base slab. The monolithic frame is designed to be infilled with clay blocks. The house roofing is designed with a flat green roof.
