V této diplomové práci bude řešena problematika variantních nákladů stavebních konstrukcí a sestavování položkových rozpočtů rodinných domů ve stavebnictví. První část diplomové práce je věnována teoretické části, která se zaměřuje na dva okruhy. Prvním okruhem teoretické části jsou ceny ve stavebnictví, druhým okruhem jsou stavebně technické pojmy související s diplomovou prací. Druhá část diplomové práce je věnována praktickému řešení dané problematiky, kde se sestavuje položkový rozpočet na novostavby stavebních objektů. Následně se provedou variantní řešení stavebních konstrukcí u řešených stavebních objektů, s dodržením tepelně izolačních parametrů, které jsou dány projektovou dokumentací. Dojde k vytvoření nových položkových rozpočtů na základě vybraných variantních řešeních s ohledem na cenu a časovou náročnost. Položkové rozpočty stavebních objektů ve směrných cenách budou použity pro vytvoření cenových ukazatelů zastavěné plochy, užitné plochy, obytné plochy a obestavěného prostoru. This diploma thesis deals with the problems surrounding costing variants of building constructions, as well as creating an itemized budget for a single house in civil engineering. The first part of the thesis focuses on theory divided into two sections. The first section looks into the pricing in the civil engineering sector, the second contains explanations of technical terms related to the thesis. The second part of the thesis focuses on practical solutions to the researched topic of creating an itemized budget for a new building. Costing variants of projected buildings are proposed while meeting the projected thermal insulation parameters. New itemized budgets are created on the basis of chosen costing variants evaluating their price and how time demanding they are. Itemized budgets are used to create price indicators of a built-up area, a usable area, a living area, and an enclosed area.
