Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením reálné ziskovosti stavebních firem. Předmětem zkoumání jsou vybrané stavební společnosti z okolí města Brna, jež jsou analyzovány v časovém horizontu 7 let od roku 2013 do roku 2019. Teoretická část práce popisuje historický vývoj stavebního trhu, následně jsou popsána specifika stavební společnosti, definovány zásadní pojmy finanční analýzy a zdroje k jejímu zpracování. V praktické části jsou pomocí stanovené metodiky vypočteny hodnoty reálné ziskovosti vybraných stavebních firem a výsledná data jsou následně srovnána se ziskovostí stanovovanou Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu České republiky. This diploma thesis deals with determining the real profitability of construction companies. The subject of the research are selected construction companies from the city of Brno, which are analyzed in the time horizon of 7 years from 2013 to 2019. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the construction market, then describes a specific of construction company, defines fundamental concepts of financial analysis and resources to decide processing. In the practical part, the established methodologies of the calculated values of the real profitability of selected construction companies are used and the resulting data are subsequently compared with the profitability determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
