Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby mateřské školy v Brně. Hlavní vstup do objektu je orientován na sever. Budova je tvaru písmene L a je řešena jako dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepená. Navrženy jsou 3 třídy o celkovém počtu 72 dětí. Obvodové i vnitřní nosné zdivo nadzemních podlaží je navrhnuto z keramických tvárnic tl. 300 mm. Suterénní zdivo je pak z betonových tvárnic tl. 300 mm zalitých betonem. Vnitřní nenosné zdivo z keramických tvárnic tl. 115 mm. Zateplení objektu je navrženo jako certifikovaný kontaktní zateplovací systém materiálu EPS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny jako skládaný keramický strop MIAKO s betonovou zálivkou. Schodiště jsou navržena jako železobetonová monolitická. Střecha je jednoplášťová s extenzivní vegetační vrstvou. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a kindergarten in Brno. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the north. The building is L-shaped and is designed as a two-storey, partly basement. There are 3 classes with a total of 72 children. External and internal load-bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is designed from ceramic blocks of thickness 300 mm. The basement masonry is then made of concrete blocks th. 300 mm cast in concrete. Internal non-load-bearing masonry made of ceramic blocks th. 115 mm. The insulation of the building is designed as a certified contact insulation system of EPS material. The horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as a ceramic prefabricated rib-and-filler floor with concrete grout. The stairs are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof is warm flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer.
