Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na stavebně technologické řešení realizace výstavby bytového domu v Hradci Králové. Součástí práce je technická zpráva stavebně technologického projektu, časové a finanční zhodnocení řešeného objektu i stavby jako celku. Práce řeší technologický předpis pro provádění ploché střechy a technologický předpis pro monolitické konstrukce, ke kterému je zpracován kontrolní a zkušební plán a výpočet odbednění konstrukcí. Je vypracován projekt zařízení staveniště, který je rozdělen do tří etap, pro hrubou spodní stavbu, hrubou vrchní stavbu a pro dokončovací práce. Dále pak návrh hlavních mechanismů a jejich nasazení v čase, položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr. This diploma thesis is focused on construction technology solution of the construction of an apartment building in Hradec Králové. It contains a technical report of the construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the object and the apartment building as a whole. The thesis deals with the technological regulations for the construction of a flat roof and the monolithic structures, for which control and test plans and the calculation of stripping of the formwork are prepared. The project of construction site equipment is divided into three stages, mainly rough substructure, rough superstructure and finishing work stage. Furthermore, the thesis contains the design of the main mechanisms and their deployment over time and item budget with a statement of acreage.
