Diplomová práce se zabývá výstavbou novostavby domu s pečovatelskou službou ve Ždírci nad Doubravou. Jedná se o čtyřpatrovou montovanou prefabrikovanou konstrukci, kde se v prvním podlaží nachází tři ordinace pro lékaře a ve zbylých třech podlažích se nachází byty pro klienty objektu. V práci je vypracována studie realizace hlavních technologických etap, posouzení dopravního řešení, časový a finanční plán společně s propočtem hlavního objektu podle THU. Řešené je dále zařízení staveniště s výkresy a návrh hlavních strojů a mechanismů. Pro vybrané technologické procesy je vypracován položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr, časový plán a technologický předpis pro montáž prefabrikovaných stropních prvků společně s kontrolním a zkušebním plánem. V posledních bodech je pak řešen technologický předpis pro podlahy čisté zóny lékařských ordinací, návrh opatření podle certifikace LEED 2009 a hluková studie. The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new nursing home in Ždírec nad Doubravou. It is a four-storey prefabricated structure, where on the first floor there are three surgeries for doctors and on the remaining three floors there are apartments for clients of the building. In hhe work is a implementation study of the main technological stages, assessment of the transport solution, time and financial plan together with the calculation of the main building according to THU. The equipment of the construction site with drawings and design of the main machines and mechanisms is also solved. For selected technological processes, an itemized budget with statement of quantities, time schedule and technological precription for the assembly of prefabricated ceiling elements together with a control and test plan. In the last points, the technological precription for the floors of the clean zone of medical surgeries is solved with a proposal of measures according to the LEED 2009 certification and a noise study.
