Cílem této diplomové práce je příprava realizace vysokoškolských kolejí Vysokého učení technického v Brně. K přípravě realizace je zpracována technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, návrh dopravních tras, časový a finanční plán, propočet stavebních objektů podle THU, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap, projekt zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních stavebních strojů, časový plán a položkový rozpočet hlavního stavebního objektu. Nedílnou součástí jsou technologické předpisy včetně kontrolních a zkušebních plánů. Dále byla zpracována certifikace LEED a plán BOZP. The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the realization of college dormitories for the Brno University of Technology. A technical docummentation for the construction-technological project, transport routes design, time and financial schedule, budget according to technical – economic indicators, main technological stages implementation study, construction project, main construction machines proposal, time plan, and an item budget of the main construction object is prepared. An integral part of this thesis are the technological regulations, including control and test plans. And at the end the LEED certification and the health and safety plan were prepared.
