Diplomová práca sa zaoberá urbanistickou štúdiou a navrhnutím novej obytnej štruktúry v rámci mesta Kopřivnice. Mesto posledných 30 rokov neriešilo bytovú výstavbu, preto v ňom chýba bytová zástavba podliehajúca súčasným trendom . Cieľom a motiváciou návrhu bolo vytvorenie novej lokality, ktorá bude atraktívna nielen pre jej rezidentov ale rovnako aj pre okolie. Lokalita ktorá bude ponúkať bývanie, vlnočasové aktivity a ľudí. The diploma thesis deals with an urban study and the design of a new residential structure in Kopřivnice. The city has not solved housing construction for the last 30 years, therefore it lacks housing development subject to current trends. The aim and motivation of the design was to create a new location that will be attractive not only for its residents but also for the surrounding area. A location that will offer housing, leisure activities and people.
