V mé bakalářské práci jsem zkoumala, jak spotřebitelé vnímají biopotraviny při nakupování. V první části práce jsem uvedla teoretické informace o ekologickém zemědělství a biopotravinách. Druhá část je věnovaná výzkumu a jeho hodnocení. V diskuzi jsem navrhla konkrétní řešení pro zvýšení poptávky po biopotravinách. V závěru jsem vše shrnula a uvedla nejdůležitější návrhy pro výrobce a prodejce biopotravin. In my bachelor thesis I investigated how consumers perceive organic food while shopping. In the first part of the thesis I introduced the theoretical information about organic farming and organic food. The second part is devoted to research and its evaluation. In the discussion, I proposed a specific solution to increase the demand for organic food. In conclusion, I summed up all the most important suggestions for organic food producers and retailers.
