Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením vhodných podmínek pro dlouhodobé skladování sadebního materiálu buku lesního v mrazových podmínkách. V této práci byla použita metoda skladování v mrazicích boxech s teplotami nastavenými na -3 °C, -6 °C a -8 °C. Cílem bylo zjistit hranici teplot pro přežití rostlin, délku skladování a délku aklimatizace rostlin před výsadbou, vliv aplikace fungicidu a izolační vlastnosti kartónových krabic a polyethylenových pytlů. Byly provedeny dvě hodnocení, ve kterých jsme hodnotili morfologické parametry, vitalitu rostlin a ztráty po výsadbě. Z našich výsledků vyplynula jako optimální pro dlouhodobé skladování v mrazících boxech teplota -3 °C. Hraniční teplota pro přežití rostliny byla stanovena na -6 °C. Nebyl pozorován významný rozdíl mezi typy obalů a aplikace fungicidu pro dlouhodobé skladování v mrazících boxech není nutná. Jako vhodnou dobu aklimatizace doporučujeme více jak 4 dny. Celková délka skladování může být více jak 4 měsíce. This bachelor thesis aims to determine suitable conditions for long-term storage of European beech planting stock in freezing conditions. In this thesis, we used a method of storing in freezing boxes with temperatures set at -3 °C, -6 °C and -8 °C. The main objectives of the thesis were to determine the temperature limit for the plants survival, the length of storage and acclimatization of the plants before planting, the effects of the fungicide application and the insulating properties of cardboard boxes and polyethylene bags. Two evaluations were performed in which we evaluated morphological parameters, plant vitality and plant loss. Our results suggest the temperature -3 °C as optimal for long-term storage in freezing boxes. The plant survival limit was set at -6 °C. No significant differences were observed between the types of packaging and the application of the fungicide for long-term storage in freezer boxes was not found to be necessary. For suitable acclimatization, we recommend more than 4 days. The total period for storage can reach over 4 months.
