Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Českého systému kvality služeb, objasňuje základy a strukturu systému. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaké je povědomí o ČSKS z pohledu firem podnikajících v oblasti cestovního ruchu a navazujících služeb v České republice. Také zjistit, jaké jsou výhody a nevýhody tohoto systému. Dalším cílem je doporučení, jak nadále postupovat. K naplnění hlavního cíle bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření pro certifikované a necertifikované firmy. Po vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření byla zjištěna nedostatečná propagace a celkově nízké povědomí o systému jak mezi organizacemi, podnikajícími v oblasti cestovního ruchu, tak u zákazníků. Nakonec je navrhnuto vylepšení propagace systému. This Bachelor Thesis deals with the issue of Czech system of quality of services in tourism, clarifies the basics and structure of the system. The main goal of this ba-chelor thesis is find out, what is awareness of ČSKS from the perpective of firms doing business in the field of tourism and related services in the Czech Republic. Also find out what are the advantages and disadvantages of this system. Another goal is to make recommendations on how to proceed. To achieve the main goal of bachelor thesis was made questionnaire survey for certified and non-certified firms. After evaluating the questionnaire survey, there was found out a lack of promotion and a low overall awareness of the system, both between tourism organizations and customers. Finally, improvements to the system´s promotion are proposed.
