Studie se zabývá problémy české dramaturgie na přelomu 40. a 50. let 20. století. Zaměřuje se zejména na období od konce 2. světové války do přijetí divadelního zákona v březnu 1948, které je pro poválečný vývoj českého dramatu klíčové. The study concerns problems of the Czech dramaturgy at the turn of the 40s and 50s of the 20th century. It deals with the period from the end of the 2nd World War to passing the Theatres Act in the March of 1948, which is fundamental for the after-war development of the Czech drama.
