Předmětem práce je vypracování návrhu investičního portfolia fondu kvalifikovaných investorů na základě finanční analýzy vybraných akciových společností. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na strukturu investičních fondů v České republice, právní úpravu fondů kvalifikovaných investorů a zaobírá se nástroji finanční analýzy, jakožto metodami použitými při finanční analýze jednotlivých podniků. V následující části práce je vymezen modelový fond kvalifikovaných investorů, jeho statut a investiční strategie. Pro tento fond jsou následně vybrány a analyzovány akciové společnosti a na základě výsledků analýz je pro fond formulováno investiční portfolio. The aim of this thesis is to formulate an investment portfolio recommendation consisted of publicly traded companies based on fundamental analysis for a hedge fund. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on structure, definitions and constraints of Czech funds followed by an introduction to financial analysis, its tools and selected ratios. The following part describes a model fund, its properties and investment strategy. Subsequently, a portfolio consisted of publicly traded companies is created for this fund.
