Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh změn motivačního systému při práci manažera v oblasti finančního poradenství. Zde získané poznatky využiji v praxi ve svém obchodním týmu. Za cíl bakalářské práce si dávám rozbor náboru nových spolupracovníků a rozbor udržitelnosti stávajících spolupracovníků ve svém týmu a závěrem budou prakticky využitelné výstupy, které použiji ve svém podnikání v pozici manažera v oboru finančního poradenství. The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of changes in the motivation system in the work of a manager in the field of financial consulting. I will use the knowledge gained here in practice in my sales team. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the recruitment of new employees and the sustainability of existing employees in my team and in the end will be practically usable outputs that I will use in my business as a manager in the field of financial consulting.
