Abstract: Fauna mladšího paleozoika je na listu Rovensko pod Troskami zastoupena pouze fosíliemi spodního permu (rotliegend, sakmar) z veselského "obzoru" svrchního prosečského souvrství. fauna všech zmiňovaných lokalit odpovídá lokální bio/ekozóně Xenacanthus decheni.
