Diplomová práce se zabývá online vibrační diagnostikou frézovacího centra Datron M8Cube. Obsahuje metodiky stanovení provozních mezí vibrací ke zjišťování stavu stroje. Součástí práce je i všeobecný popis údrţby a technické diagnostiky se zaměřením na vibrační diagnostiku. Hlavní částí práce je vlastní řešení problému stanovení provozních mezí vibrací vřetene stroje v závislosti na výrobním programu. Podstatou vlastního řešení je stanovení vibračních mezí pro jednotlivé frézovací nástroje. The Master's thesis deals with online vibration diagnostics of a milling center. It contains a methodology to determine the vibration operating limits and to detect machine of condition monitoring. The thesis also contains a general description of maintenance and technical diagnostics with a focus on vibrodiagnostics. The main part of the thesis is to solve the problem of determining the operating limits of spindle vibration depending on the production program. The essence of the solution is to determine vibration limits for individual milling tools.
