Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem tryskání suchým ledem, který se řadí mezi moderní a efektivní metody čištění povrchů. Z webových stránek výrobců je zřejmé, že je tato metoda hojně rozšířená v průmyslové praxi, ale výzkumných prací, které se touto metodou zabývají, je velice málo. Též chybí odborná literatura, ze které by bylo patrné, do jaké míry je tato metoda v daných průmyslových odvětvích využívána. Z tohoto důvodu je v práci na základě důkladné rešerše proveden systematický přehled aplikací této technologie v průmyslové praxi. Také je podrobně představena technologie tryskání suchým ledem včetně tryskacího stroje a jeho jednotlivých aparátů. V práci je také na charakteristické případové studii ukázána vysoká energetická a ekonomická náročnost procesu tryskání suchým ledem. Z této studie vychází, že 94 % nákladu na čištění je spojených se spotřebou suchého ledu. Z ekonomického pohledu je tedy nutné efektivně hospodařit se suchým ledem. Z těchto poznatků pak vycházejí navržená úsporná opatření, která jsou: • automatizace procesu • aplikace na míru • optimalizace kompresoru • nahrazení stlačeného vzduchu jinou formou energie Zavedení těchto opatření může otevřít cestu k širšímu využití tryskání suchým ledem v průmyslové praxi. This Bachelor thesis deals with dry ice blasting, which belongs to modern and effective surface cleaning methods. The websites of various manufactures clearly state that this method is utilized in many industries, but there is a low number of research articles dealing with this cleaning method. The amount of literature that covers the usage of this method in certain industries is also insufficient. For this purpose, systematic overview of dry ice blasting applications in industry is presented based on thorough review of literature. The technology of dry ice blasting including dry ice blasting machine and its individual equipment is also closely introduced. The thesis also includes the characteristic case study of high energy and economic intensity of this process. This study states that 94 % of cleaning expenses is linked with consumption of dry ice. The effective dry ice management is necessary from the economic point of view. Suggested saving measures follow on from these facts. These measures are: • process automation • custom applications • compressor optimization • replacement of compressed air with different form of energy Implementation of these saving measures can help greater extension of dry ice blasting in industrial practise.
