Cílem této diplomové práce je experimentální zkoušení a vyhodnocení vhodnosti maziv pro tažení korozivzdorné chrom – niklové austenitické oceli X5CrNi18-10 a porovnání výsledků získaných z práce [51]. Zkoušení probíhalo pomocí modelování tření mezi tažnou hranou a přidržovačem, které odpovídá reálnému výrobnímu procesu ve společnosti ACO Industries. V úvodní části práce je přiblížen proces hlubokého tažení, následně je popsána tribologie a vliv tření. Detailněji jsou popsány jednotlivé typy a vlastnosti maziv. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá zkoušením maziv, následně jsou tyto výsledky popsány a vyhodnoceny. The aim of this diploma thesis is experimental testing and evaluation of the suitability of lubricants for drawing stainless chromium - nickel austenitic steel X5CrNi18-10 and comparison of the results obtained from the work [51]. The testing was performed by modeling the friction between the traction edge and the retainer, which corresponds to the real production process at ACO Industries. The introductory part of the thesis describes the process of deep drawing, followed by a description of tribology and the effect of friction. The individual types and properties of lubricants are described in more detail. The main part of the work deals with the testing of lubricants. The results are then described and evaluated.
