Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje popis technologie klinčování. Jsou ukázány nejčastější selhání klinčového spoje, což je buď lom v místě krku spoje, nebo vyklouznutí horní vrstvy. Dále se tato práce zabývá srovnáním klinčování s bodovým svařováním, kde jsou vypsány výhody a nevýhody technologie klinčování oproti technologii bodového svařování. Je uveden výčet několika metod klinčování. Dále je uveden přehled klinčovacích strojů a nástrojů. A nakonec je uvedeno několik příkladů užití klinčování v praxi. This bachelor thesis contains a description of clinching technology. Most common failures of a clinch joint, which is either a fracture at the neck of the joint or a slip of the top layer, are shown. Furthermore, this work deals with the comparison of clinching with spot welding, which lists the advantages and disadvantages of clinching technology compared to spot welding technology. A list of several clinching methods is given. Follows an overview of clinching machines and tools. And at the end are indicated some examples of the use of clinching in practice.
