Abstract: A new iterative method for fitting triangulated surfaces and geometric graphs to surfaces and fibre-like structures is based on the calculation of the minimal graph cut in every iteration. The method was used for improvement of the geometric model of muscle fibres surfaces and capillaries in skeletal muscle from 3D confocal image
