[cze][eng] Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou systémová sklerodermie Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastudovat a zpracovat teoretické poznatky o diagnóze systémová sklerodermie a zpracovat kazuistiku jedné pacientky s touto diagnózou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnózou systémová sklerodermie. V teoretické části je vypracována podrobná rešerše týkající se systémové sklerodermie. V úvodu této části je popsána klasifikace a zařazení diagnózy do systému revmatických onemocnění. Dále jsou v práci zpracovány etiologie onemocnění, příznaky a dostupná léčba, zejména nefarmakologická léčba formou fyzioterapie. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku jedné pacientky s difúzní formou systémové sklerodermie. Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study and analyse theoretical knowledge about diagnosis of systemic sclerosis and to describe a case report concerned with a patient diagnosed with this diseas. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with the diagnosis of systemic sclerosis. Theoretical part describes detailed information about systemic sclerosis and its classification into rheumatic disease classification system. Furthermore, the review describes theaetiology of the disease, symptoms and available treatment (specifically non-pharmacological treatment including physiotherapy).
