Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu sebestigmatizace peer konzultantů a jejich postavení v pracovním týmu. Cílem práce je zkoumat míru sebestigmatizace u peer konzultantů, jak ji u sebe prožívají a překonávají. A dále nasbírat poznatky o tom, jak podpořit současné vzdělání a postavení peer konzultantů v pracovním prostředí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části popisuji stigmatizaci, peerkonzultanství a proces zotavení. Empirická část sestává ze dvou na sebe navazujících výzkumných studií. První zkoumá, jaká je míra sebestigmatizace peer konzultantů v porovnání s běžnou populací duševně nemocných v ČR a druhá zkoumá, zda a jak peer konzultanti sebestigmatizaci prožívají, jak s ní pracují a jakou roli přitom hraje z jejich pohledu okolí, zejména jejich vztahy a zaměstnání. Rovněž zkoumá i současné podmínky pracovního prostředí peer pracovníků, a to převážně v oblasti kompetencí, náplně práce a vzdělávání. K výzkumu jsem použila kvantitativní i kvalitativní metody výzkumu. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že míra sebestigmatizace měřená dotazníkem ISMI je u peer konzultantů zásadně nižší než u duševně nemocných, kteří jako peer pracovníci nepracují. Rozhovory a jejich rozbor ukázaly, že na sebestigmatizaci u peer konzultantů subjektivně nejvíc pozitivně působí jejich zaměstnání,... The diploma thesis deals with the topic of self-stigmatization of peer consultants and their position in the work team. The aim of this work is to examine the degree of self-stigmatization in peer consultants, how they experience and overcome it. And gather knowledges haw to support the current education and position of peer consultants in the work environment. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes the stigmatization, peer consultation and the recovery process. The empirical part consists of two consecutive research studies. The first examines the degree of self-stigmatization of peer consultants on comparison with the general population of the mentally ill in the Czech Republic. And the second examines whether and how peer consultants experience self-stigmatization, how they work with it, and what role their surroundings, especially relationships and employment, play in their view. It also examines the current working environment conditions of peer workers. Mainly in the field of competencies, job description and education. Research shows that the level of self-stigmatization measured by the ISMI scale is significantly lower for peer consultants than for mentally ill people who do not work as peer workers.
