Diplomová práce se zabývá imigrací z Venezuely, Brazílie a Kuby do ČR od roku 1993 po současnost. Politické události ve Venezuele v posledních letech mnohonásobně navýšily migraci do okolních států v regionu. Mohli jsme tedy očekávat nárůst imigrace z Venezuely do České republiky. I přesto, že k takovému nárůstu opravdu došlo, není populace Venezuelanů v ČR tak velká (hlavně kvůli geografické vzdálenosti a jazykové bariéře), bude se tato práce zabývat i imigranty z Brazílie a Kuby. Brazílie byla vybraná hlavně kvůli tomu, že populace Brazilců žijících v ČR je největší ze všech latinskoamerických zemí. Dalším rozdílem mezi Venezuelou a Brazílií je odlišný mateřský jazyk imigrantů. Poslední zastoupenou národností jsou Kubánci, jejichž imigrační historie do ČR a do původního Československa, se liší. V době socialismu zde kvůli mezivládním dohodám ČSSR žilo mnoho Kubánců, což se o Venezuelcích a Brazilcích v té době říci nemůže, podle statistik i v polovině devadesátých let žily v ČR pouze desítky Venezuelců a Brazilců, zatímco Kubánců stovky a tento rozdíl byl zapříčiněn hlavně původními vztahy mezi Kubou a ČSSR v dobách před sametovou revolucí. Výzkumná část zkoumá skrze dotazníky s imigranty jejich hlavní motivaci k přesunu, spokojenost se životem v ČR, míru integrace do české společnosti a další... The topic of this diploma thesis is immigration from Venezuela, Brazil and Cuba to the Czech Republic from the year 1993 to the present. Political events in Venezula in recent years have increased migration to the neighboring states in region. Therefore, we could expect also increase in immigration from Venezuela to the Czech Republic. Even though the increase did really occur, the population of Venezuelans in the Czech Republic is not so large (mainly due to geographical distance and language barrier) in this diploma thesis will also appear immigration from Brazil and Cuba. Brazil was chosen mainly because the population of Brazilians living in the Czech Republic is the largest of all Latin American countries. Another difference between Venezuela and Brazil is the different mother tongue of immigrants. The last nationality represented are Cubans, whose immigration history to the Czech Republic or originally to the Czechoslovakia differs. During the socialist era, many Cubans lived here due to intergovernmental agreements of Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. Which cannot be said about Venezuelans and Brazilians at that time.
