Hlavním tématem této praktické bakalářské práce je nový cirkus. Tento druh dramatického umění v sobě kombinuje prvky tradičního cirkusu s prostředky scénických umění, jakými jsou např. tanec, hudba nebo výtvarná umění. Práce popisuje jeho základní principy a představuje českou novocirkusovou scénu, a to převážně formou fotografie. Teoretická část dále rozebírá specifika fotografie scénických umění a zabývá se jejich fotografováním za použití postupů dokumentární fotografie. Bakalářská práce je doplněna o rozhovor s dokumentárním fotografem Bohdanem Holomíčkem. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is contemporary circus. This type of dramatic art combines elements of the traditional version of circus with performing arts like dance, music or fine arts. The thesis focuses on the Czech version of contemporary circus mainly through photography. The theoretical part analyses the photography of performing arts and how to capture them with a documentary approach. Part of the thesis is an interview with documentary photographer Bohdan Holomíček.
