Tématem této práce je porovnání vnímání rodinné politiky a jejích nástrojů z pohledu matek 3 generací. Zajímá nás, jak tyto ženy hodnotí rodinnou politiku a její nástroje v době jejich těhotenství a mateřství, ale i její proměny v průběhu času. Cílem práce je zjistit vnímání vybraných matek během jejich mateřství z pohledu nástrojů sociální politiky, které reagují na potřeby mateřství, z pohledu způsobů, jakým stát podporuje mateřství, z pohledu vnímání časového průběhu mateřství a sociálního pohledu veřejnosti a rodiny na mateřství. Na základě výzkumných cílů stanovíme 3 hlavní výzkumné otázky. 1) Jak se změnilo vnímání mateřství v rámci rodinného života v pohledu matek z 3 generací? 2) Odrazila se změna nástrojů sociální politiky podporující rodiny v pohledu matek z 3 generací? 3) Jak matky z 3 různých generací vnímají změny v rodinné politice v průběhu času? Na počátku našeho výzkumu je provedena výzkumná příprava, především za pomoci odborné literatury. Samotný výzkum je realizován pomocí metody focus group s matkami z 3 generací, které rozdělíme pro lepší přehlednost do 3 časových kategorií: kategorie 1 (matky prožívající těhotenství a mateřství v období 1970-1989), kategorie 2 (matky prožívající těhotenství a mateřství v období 1990-2010), kategorie 3 (matky prožívající těhotenství a... The topic of this work is a comparison of the perception of family policy and its tools from the perspective of mothers of 3 generations. We are interested in how these women evaluate family policy and its tools during their pregnancy and motherhood, as well as its changes over time. The aim of the thesis is to find out the perception of selected mothers during their motherhood from the point of view of social policy instruments that respond to the needs of motherhood, from the point of view of ways the state supports motherhood, from the point of view of perception of time course of motherhood and social view of mother and family. Based on the research goals, we set 3 main research questions. 1) How has the perception of motherhood within family life changed in the perspective of mothers from 3 generations? 2) Has the change in social policy instruments supporting families been reflected in the perspective of mothers from 3 generations? 3) How do mothers from 3 different generations perceive changes in family policy over time? At the beginning of our research, research preparation is carried out, mainly with the help of professional literature.
