Na základě moji studie výtvořené v druhém ročníku bakalářského studia na stavbení fakultě, je zpracovaná nasledující bakalářská záverečná práce, která dale pokračuje do stupně Dokumentace pro stavení povolení a Dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Temou práce je Rodinné vinařství Válka v obci Nosislav. Zadáním bakalářské práce je rodinné vinařství Válka. Základní ideou mého návrhu bylo vytvořit moderní komplex pro výrobu vína a penzion. Rodinné vinařství obsahuje dům vinaře, prodejnu burčáku, lahvovnu, expediční sklad, tankovou halu, lisovnu, kůlny pro skladování zařízení a parkování traktorů, dům, ve kterém je rozmístěna administrativa, šatna brigadniků a byt. K výrobní části patří sklady, tanková hala a lisovna. Její konstrukce se skláda z ocelových prvků. Fasády objektů jsou ze dřevěného obkladu a falcového plechu antracitové barvy. Stavby májí sedlovou a pultové střechy. Ostatní stavby májí zděný systém. Objekt restaurace se nachází na jihozápadní straně pozemku, a má dva nadzemních podlaží. 1.NP je částečně zapuštěn do terenu, na 2.NP severovýchodní část stěny tvoří skleněná fasada se vstupem do areálu penzionu z důvodu osvětlení prostoru. Na vrcholu pozemku je umístěn penzion. Objekt má dva nadzemních podlaží a plní funkci ubytovaní. Budova má ze strany hlavního vchodu charakteristický vzhled rodinného domu. Zevnitř území se fasáda penzionu stává zajímavější a modernější pomocí rozšíření přízemí a přidáním velkých terasových dveří. Moje volba řešení fasád a střech padla na dřevo díky tomu, že je to úžasný materiál, který skvěle vypadá v kombinaci snad úplně se vším, co existuje, a lze i po letech cítit zázračnou sílu stromů. On a basis of my project of the second year of bachelor's study on the Faculty of Civil Engineering the following bachelor's thesis is prepared, which goes on to the Documentation for Building Permit and Documentation for Construction. The theme of the work is Family Winery Válka in the village of Nosislav. The bachelor's thesis is the Family Winery Válka. The basic idea of my project was to create a modern wine-making complex and a guest house. There were designed objects for production, sales and housing. The Family Winery includes a winemaker's house, a bouquets store, warehouses, a refuelling hall, a pressing hall, sheds for storing devices and parking, a house with a brigadier's dressing room, administration and apartment. The production complex includes warehouses, tank room and pressing machines room. Its structure is made up of steel elements. Facades of buildings are made of wooden cladding and black interlocking metal cladding panels. The buildings have a gable type and shed type of roofs. Other objects have a brick system. The restaurant building is located on the southwest side of the property, has a two above-ground floors. 1st floor is partially embedded into the ground, on the 2nd floor the wall on the north-eastern side is made of a glass facade to the better lighting of space. At the top of the land, there is a residential building that constitute a guest house. The building has two floors and serves as accommodation. From the side of the main entrance, the building has the characteristic appearance of family house. From the inside of the territory, the facade of the pension becomes more interesting by expanding the ground floor and adding large terrace doors. My choice of facade and roof solution fell on wood because it is an amazing material that looks great in combination with almost everything that exists, and even after years, the miraculous power of trees can be felt.
