Projektová zpráva shrnuje výsledky analýzy genderově stereotypního přístupu vyučujících ke studujícím středních škola. Její součástí je i popis pilotního mentoringového programu pro studentky středních škol a metodika určená pro následující ročníky mentoringového programu. The project report summarizes findings of analysis of gender stereotypical attitude of teachers towards high school students. The second part of report consist of the description of the pilot mentoring program for high school students and general mentoring procedure applicable for future mentoring programs.
