Název: Pohybová aktivita a sportovní historie dětí ve věku 11 až 19 let Cíle: Na vzorku populace adolescentů analyzovat míru volnočasové pohybové aktivnosti, její specifika a vývoj z pohledu historie probanda až k prvotním zkušenostem s organizovanou pohybovou aktivitou. Výsledky šetření dále porovnat se závěry dosavadních studií s danou problematikou. Metody: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 563 respondentů (z toho 235 chlapců a 328 dívek) z pražských víceletých gymnázií. Data byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření (CAWI) na základě předvýzkumu a následně vyhodnocena pomocí prostředí MS Excel, GraphPad Prism a matematického softwaru R. Výsledky: U zkoumané populace byla zjištěna preference jediného sportu (63,8 %) s převahou frekvence 2 až 4 tréninků týdně (61,2 %). Naprostá většina (93,6 %) uvedla absolvování pohybové průpravy v mladším školním věku. Více jak polovina respondentů (61 %) má zkušenost s fyzickými obtížemi (bolest, úraz) v rámci pohybové aktivity a to zejména v oblasti dolních končetin (61,9 %). Necelá polovina (46,3 %) již navštěvovala fyzioterapeuta. Hlavním faktorem ukončení pohybové aktivy jsou psychosociální důvody (76,9 %). Přibývající věk se neprokázal jako faktor snižující aktivnost dětí, naopak s vyšším věkem stoupá frekvence pohybové aktivity (p = 0,02). V případě zkoumaného... To analyse the activity development from the historical perspective of the proband from the initial experience with organized physical activity. The results of the survey are further compared with the conclusions of previous studies on the issue. Methods: A total of 563 respondents (235 boys and 328 girls) from Prague's Gymnasiums (secondary grammar schools) took part in the research. Data were obtained using a questionnaire survey (CAWI) based on preliminary research and evaluated using MS Excel, GraphPad Prism and mathematical software R. Results: The preference of single sport (63.8 %) was found in the examined population with a predominance of the frequency of 2 to 4 trainings per week (61.2 %). The vast majority (93.6 %) stated that they were participated fundamental movement training at a younger school age. More than half (61 %) experienced pain or injury within physical activity, especially in the lower limbs (61.9 %). Less than half of respondents (46.3 %) have already visited a physiotherapist.
