Název: Screening pohybového systému a stupeň pohybové aktivity u dětí mladšího školního věku Cíle: Cílem práce je popsat míru aktivity dětí mladšího školního věku, a jaké sporty a kolikrát do týdne děti nejčastěji provozují; četnost vybraných rizikových parametrů pro pohybové chování dítěte vycházejících ze screnningu pohybového systému (zkrácené svaly, hypermobilita, scapula alata, ploché nohy, hyperlordóza bederní páteře, zhoršená koordinace a zhoršené provedení stereotypu pohybu a stabilizace kloubů). Posledním cílem je nalézt statistické souvislosti mezi nálezem I) ploché nohy a věkem, pohlavím a výskytem hypermobility, hyperlordózy bederní páteře, zkrácených hamstringů a nadváhy a souvislosti mezi nálezem II) scapula alata s věkem, pohlavím a výskytem hypermobilitu, zkrácených svalů (m. trapezius a mm. pectorales) a zhoršené funkce HSS a stabilizace kloubů. Metody: K získávání dat byla použita forma dotazníku a screeningu pohybového aparátu. Výzkumný vzorek byl vybrán záměrně smluvním výzkumem a tvořili ho žáci nižšího stupně ZŠ Dolní Břežany (n=298). Data byla zadána a vyhodnocena pomocí programu Microsoft Excel. Statistické údaje byly hodnoceny pomocí Chí kvadrát testu a logistické regrese. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že největší počet dětí sportuje 2 - 4 hodiny týdně. Dále jsme zjistili, že... Title: Screening of musculoskeletal system and level of physical activity in children of younger school age Objectives: The aim of the study is to asseess physical activity of school age in primary school in Dolní Břežany and try to find the most common risk factors for motor development of children in school age. Another aim of the study is to find statistical context between flat foot and age, gender, hypermobility, shortened hamstring muscles, lumbar hyperlordosis, level of core muscles and overweight and between winged scapula and age, gender, hypermobility, shortened m. trapezius and mm. pectorales and level of core muscles. Methods: The research was carried out by using non-standardized questionnaire to assess physical activity. Level of motor development was evaluated by group of physiotherapists. The research population was chosen purposefully by contractual research which consisted of 298 children who study on primary school in Dolní Břežany. For statistical analysis of all measured was used Microsoft Excel software. These data were evaluated by Chi - squared test and logistic regression. Results: It was found that the largest number of children does sports 2-4 hours a week.
