Následně obsahuje základy anatomie a fyziologie ženského močového ústrojí. Dále vysvětluje problematiku močové inkontinence, charakterizuje základní pojmy, uvádí rizikové faktory a příčiny vzniku inkontinence, rozděluje typy inkontinence, popisuje specifické diagnostické metody a možnosti léčby a prevence. This section also describes the basic anatomy and physiology of the female urinary system and explores the key facts and terms related to urinary incontinence, its risk factors and causes. It also focuses on types of incontinence, specific diagnostic methods and available options for treatment and prevention. The final part of the theoretical section addresses nursing care activities and the approach of the nurse to a patient suffering from incontinence, as well as educating the patient.
