Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí asistenta v současné době, v době inkluze. Zaměřuje se na pozici asistenta pedagoga, která je v současné době často vykonávána studenty z pedagogických fakult. Cílem této práce je zjistit motivaci studentů pro vykonávání této profese před nástupem do role třídního učitele na prvním stupni základních škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde se zabývá pojmy asistence od historie po současnost. Popisuje žáky se speciálními potřebami, které by měl asistent znát a se kterými by se mohl potkat. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou oddílů. V jedné rozepisuje rozhovory se studenty, kteří vykonávají pozici asistenta pedagoga během svého studia. S třídními učiteli, kteří před nástupem do své role působili jako asistenti pedagoga a s vedením školy, které je známé svou spoluprací se studenty. V praktické části je popsána i osobní zkušenost s rolí asistence autorkou práce. Druhý oddíl popisuje analýzu dotazníkového šetření názoru studentů na předmět Asistentská praxe, při kterém se každý student pedagogického modulu setkává s rolí asistenta. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány získané údaje. This diploma thesis deals with the role of an assistant at the moment of inclusion. It focuses on the position of teaching assistant, which is currently often performed by students from faculties of education. The aim of this thesis is to find out the motivation of students to practice this profession before taking up the role of class teacher at primary school. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where it deals with the concepts of assistance from history to the present. It describes pupils with special needs that the assistant should know and meet. The practical part is divided into two sections. In first one he describes interviews with students who perform the position of assistant teacher during their studies. With class teachers who worked as assistant teachers before taking up their role and with the school management, which is known for its cooperation with students. The practical part also describes personal experience with the role of assistance by the author of the work. The second section describes the analysis of the questionnaire survey for the course Assistant practice, in which each student of the teaching module encounters the role of assistant. At the end of this work are presented data.
