Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávacího systému a kompetenčního modelu zaměstnanců lidských zdrojů dané organizace. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je charakteristika systému dalšího vzdělávání na základě identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců oddělení lidských zdrojů této firmy. Návrh tohoto vzdělávacího systému by měl napomáhat dosažení kompetenčních úrovní. Diplomová práce se tudíž zabývá kritickým zhodnocením metod a prostředků firemního vzdělávání zaměstnanců oddělení lidských zdrojů dané organizace z hlediska dosahování těchto kompetenčních úrovní. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole je vymezeno vzdělávání dospělých a následně jsou charakterizovány metody a prostředky firemního vzdělávání. Druhá kapitola je věnována tématu kompetenčních modelů z hlediska procesu jejich vytváření a jejich vztahu k firemnímu vzdělávání. V rámci praktické části je proveden výzkum vzdělávacího systému dané organizace kvalitativní metodou sběru dat. Tato část obsahuje analýzu současného vzdělávacího systému dané organizace z hlediska toho, jak napomáhá dosažení kompetenčních úrovní zaměstnanců oddělení lidských zdrojů. Hlavním východiskem je stávající katalog vzdělávacích programů, využívaná podoba kompetenčních modelů a především výsledky... This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the educational system and competency model of human resources employees of the organization. The main objective of the research is to characterize the system of further education based on the identification of educational needs of employees of the human resources department of this company. The new design of this education system should help to achieve competence levels. The thesis therefore deals with the critical evaluation of methods and tools of corporate training of employees of the human resources department of the organization in terms of achieving these competence levels. Theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first chapter defines adult education and then describes the methods and tools of corporate education. The second chapter is devoted to the topic of competence models in terms of the process of their creation and their relationship to corporate education. In the practical part is carried out research of the educational system of the organization by qualitative method of data collection. This section contains an analysis of the current educational system of the organization in terms of how it helps to achieve the competence levels of human resources staff.
