Diplomová práce řeší projekt novostavby hotelu ve městě Zlín, místní části Kudlov. Objekt je tvořen třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí hotelu, úschovna zavazadel a sklad špinavého prádla. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace s barem, kuchyň se skladovacími prostory, šatny zaměstnanců, denní místnost pro zaměstnance, vstup s recepcí a hygienické zázemí. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází konferenční a společenská místnost, kancelář ředitele, hygienické zázemí a šest pokojů pro hosty. Ve třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází dvanáct pokojů pro hosty. The diploma thesis aims to create the project of a new hotel in the town of Zlín, part Kudlov. The building consists of three above-ground and one underground floor. The underground floor houses the hotel's technical facilities, luggage storage and dirty laundry storage. On the first floor there are a restaurant with a bar, a kitchen with storage, staff changing rooms, staff room, entrance, reception and sanitary facilities. On the second floor there are a conference and lounge room, a director's office, six guest rooms and additional sanitary facilities. On the third floor there are twelve guest rooms.
