[cze][eng] Podstatou bakalářské práce je shrnout dosavadní bádání v diplomatice a paleografii - pomocných vědách historických - s přihlédnutím k vývoji obecnému a zvlášť českému. Dále pak pojednat o obecném vývoji listiny, o společensko-právním postavení listiny a o jejím vývoji s přihlédnutím na středoevropský prostor - konkrétně německý a český. Dalším cílem je popsat a vysvětlit počáteční vývoj institucí, jež předcházely panovnické kanceláři Svaté říše římské, popsat samotnou říšskou kancelář a samozřejmě kancelář českého panovníka. Posléze shrnout vývoj písma. V druhé fázi práce je podstatou povšechně shrnout vývoj v městě Chebu, vysledovat listinné prameny Chebska v edici Codex iuris municipalis regni Bohemiae II. a na jejich základě popsat tamní právní specifika a skutkovou podstatu samotných pramenů, stejně tak jako dění ve městě a jeho okolí. Podstatou poslední části, diplomatické, je přikročit k vlastnímu diplomatickému zpracování dostupných pramenů a na základě překladatelské činnosti a práce s textem vysledovat stylistický vývoj, kvalitu provedení listiny a rozdíly mezi dochovanými prameny. Another meaning is to explain general development of medieval chartres, explain the social and legal status of medieval chartres and accentuate stand of medieval chartres in area of Duchy of Bohemia, later Kingdom of Bohemia and Holy Roman Empire. Next meaning is to describe and explain early development of institutions, which were precursors to the Office of the Holy Roman Emperor, the Office of the Holy Roman Emperor itself and of course describe the Office of the King of Bohemia. Another meaning is to describe development of the system of writing. Meaning of second phase of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize development in city of Cheb, trace writing sources related to Cheb in edition of Codex iuris municipalis regni Bohemiae II. and based on these sources, describe particularities of the local legal system and events in Cheb and surrounding region. Meaning of last part of this bachelor's thesis is to use diplomatics systems by own way to process diplomatics sources about Cheb and based on old text translations and sources-processing to tract...
