Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem zkušenostního učení a vzděláváním probíhajícím metodami, které z tohoto procesu vychází. Důraz je kladen především na oblast reflexe. Hlavním cílem práce je souhrnně popsat významné teorie týkající se zkušenostního učení a reflexí a následně v empirickém šetření analyzovat vnímání těchto přístupů samotnými účastníky. Práce nejprve představuje významné teorie zkušenostního učení, užití her ve vzdělávání a koncepce zónového učení. Dále je pozornost věnována reflexím, jejich významným modelům, zásadám, technikám a roli lektora. Poslední kapitolu práce tvoří kvantitativní empirické šetření, které se zabývá vnímáním a preferencemi účastníků týkající se zkušenostních metod a reflexe. Main objective of this thesis is to summarize important experiential learning and debriefing theories and to analyze the participant's perception and preferences about these approaches through empirical research. The thesis begins with a main experiential learning theories overview, it explains the usage of games in education and presents zone learning concepts. Further attention is paid to debriefings, their important models, principles, techniques and role of lecturer. The last chapter of the thesis consists of a quantitative empirical research, which deals with the perception and preferences of participants regarding experiential learning methods and debriefings.
