The size effects in coalescence of nanoparticles related to the influence of the particle size on the surface tension, the activation energy for diffusion of atoms in particles and the sticking probability of particles were considered. Velikostní efekt při koalescenci nanočástic byl posuzován v souvislosti s velikostně závislým povrchovým napětím, aktivační anergií difuze atomů v částicích a pravděpodobnosti spojení částic při srážce.
