Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zmapování situace ve třech pražských nemocnicích po zavedení protikuřáckého zákona, na rozdíly postupu zavádění změn vlivem zákona v nemocnicích, které jsou členy Sítě nekuřáckých nemocnic (GNTH - The Global Network for Tobacco Free Healthcare Services) a v jedné standardní nemocnici, na problematiku kouření u zdravotnického personálu a jeho postoj k protikuřáckému zákonu. Teoretická část popisuje prevalenci kouření v ČR, prevalenci kouření zdravotníků v ČR a v mezinárodním srovnání. Věnuje se kouření jako hlavnímu zdravotně rizikovému faktoru, Síti nekuřáckých nemocnic a v poslední části právnímu ukotvení již zmíněného zákona a opět jeho mezinárodnímu srovnání. Ve výzkumné části je ve třech pražských nemocnicích pomocí kombinace dotazníkového šetření a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjišťováno naplňování zákona a postoje k zákonu, jak u zdravotnických pracovníků, tak u zástupců managementu nemocnic. Analýza dat přináší informace o prevalenci kouření u zaměstnanců nemocnic, pohled na přijetí a uplatňování zákona v praxi z pozice zaměstnanců a představitelů managementu a jejich postřehy a návrhy na případné změny nebo jeho doplnění. Klíčová slova Kouření, protikuřácký zákon, zdravotníci, tabák, zákaz kouření This diploma thesis deals with mapping of the situation in three Prague hospitals after the introduction of the smoke-free law, the differences in the procedure of introducing changes due to the law in hospitals that are members of The Global Network for Tobacco Free Healthcare Services (GNTH) and one common hospital, on the problematics of smoking among medical staff and its attitude towards smoke-free law. The theoretical part describes the prevalence of smoking in the Czech Republic, the prevalence of smoking of health professionals in the Czech Republic and the prevalence of smoking of health professionals in international comparison. It deals with smoking as the main health risk factor, the Network of Non-Smoking Hospitals and in the last part the legal anchoring of the smoke-free law and its international comparison again. In the research part, the implementation of the law in three Prague hospitals and attitudes to the law, both for health care workers and representatives of hospital management, are examined using a combination of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews.
