Bakalářská práce "Identifikace problémů začínajícího učitele na střední škole jako východisko pro zpracování plánu adaptace" se soustředí na adaptaci začínajících středoškolských učitelů a jejich zapracování do nového kolektivu zaměstnanců školy. Cílem práce je identifikovat pracovně-právní a organizační problémy začínajícího učitele a přispět k jejich efektivnímu odstranění tak, aby se začínající učitel mohl soustředit na pedagogickou činnost. Teoretická část práce obsahuje rešerši odborné literatury a podrobně rozpracovává manažerské postupy pro adaptaci zaměstnanců se zacílením na pedagogické pracovníky ve školách. Na adaptační proces začínajících zaměstnanců je nahlíženo z formální i neformální roviny. Teoretická část dále obsahuje výtah ze současné legislativy týkající se péče o začínající učitele (platné v době odevzdání práce, tj. červen 2018) a dále rešerši výzkumů a doporučení odborníků, kteří se adaptací začínajících učitelů již zabývali. Praktická část obsahuje přípravu, provedení a závěry z výzkumného šetření, které se skládá ze dvou skupinových diskusí. Účastníci první skupinové diskuse byli začínající učitelé na různých školách v Praze, kteří pojmenovali problémy, se kterými se ve svém prvním zaměstnání setkali. This bachelor thesis called "Identifying the problems of a beginning teacher at the secondary school as a starting point for designing of the adaptation plan" focuses on the adaptation of the beginning secondary school teachers and their adaptation into the new team of school staff. The aim of the work is to identify the work-legal and organizational problems of the beginning teacher and to contribute to an effective elimination of the problems. Then the beginning teacher can concentrate on his pedagogical activities. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a research of professional literature and elaborates in detail managerial procedures for adaptation of employees with focus on teachers in schools. The adaptive process of beginning staff is viewed from both formal and informal levels. The theoretical part also contains an extract from the current legislation on the care of beginning school teachers (valid at the time of handing over the work) as well as a research of the experts' recommendations and recommendations, which have already been dealt with by the adaptation of the beginning teachers.
