Tato diplomová práce pojednává o tvorbě a zavádění systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti ELTODO EG, a.s. Prvními kroky při zavádění systému hodnocení byla analýza pracovních míst, jejíž výsledkem jsou popisy pracovních míst a specifikace rolí, a tvorba kompetenčního modelu podniku. Dále se musely určit cíle hodnocení, stanovit oblasti a kritéria hodnocení, zvolit vhodné metody hodnocení a vytvořit jasný hodnotící formulář. Jádrem systému hodnocení zaměstnanců je hodnotící pohovor, který slouží k zhodnocení dosavadního pracovního výkonu pracovníka, posouzení úrovně jeho kompetencí, poskytnutí zpětné vazby pro hodnotitele a stanovení výkonových a rozvojových cílů zaměstnance pro další období. Součástí této práce je i metodika hodnocení, která obsahuje směrodatné pokyny pro vedení hodnotících pohovorů, ale také obsahuje informace o tom, kdo bude zaměstnance hodnotit, kdy se bude hodnocení provádět a k čemu budou sloužit výsledky hodnocení. This graduation theses is about creation and implementing the system of employees evaluation in the company ELTODO EG, a.s. At first the analysis of working stations was done. The results of the analysis were job descriptions and role specifications. And then the competence model of the company was done. Further we had to specify the aims, areas and criteria of evaluation. We also had to choose available methods and create the evaluation form. The substance of this system is the evaluation interview. This interview serves for appreciation of the job performance and the competence of employees and for determination of their performance and developing aims. At the end of this theses the methodology of evaluation was created. This methodology contains the important information about persons and term of evaluation.
