Diplomová práce je zaměřená na psychomotorický vývoj dětí s mozkovou obrnou v souvislosti s přetrvávajícími primitivními reflexy. Úvodní kapitoly předkládají teoretické poznatky o mozkové obrně, její etiologii, klinickém obraze, jednotlivých formách a komplexní diagnostice, včetně speciálně pedagogické. Další část práce se zaměřuje na psychomotorický vývoj dítěte s mozkovou obrnou, zejména na vývoj hrubé i jemné motoriky a vývoj řeči. Hlavní oddíl práce pojednává o neurofyziologické podstatě primitivních reflexů a jejich významu pro raný vývoj dítěte. Jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé primitivní reflexy, vliv jejich perzistence na psychomotorický vývoj dítěte s mozkovou obrnou a možnosti jejich integrace zvolenými terapeutickými koncepty. Pozornost je také zaměřena na důležitost multioborové spolupráce léčebné rehabilitace a speciálně pedagogické péče v problematice primitivní reflexologie. Výzkumná část práce je založena na kvalitativní metodologii a pracuje s daty ze tří případových studií. Jednotlivá data byla získána porovnáním vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím případových studií zkoumat, jakými způsoby lze ovlivnit perzistenci primitivních reflexů, jenž má vliv nejen na motorické dovednosti, chování či emocionalitu, ale v pozdějším věku také na vznik specifických... The diploma thesis is focused on psychomotor development in children with cerebral palsy in context of persisting primitive reflexes. Opening chapters summarize theoretical knowledge about cerebral palsy, its etiology, clinical picture, forms and comprehensive diagnostics, including special education. The next part of the thesis focuses on psychomotor development of a child with cerebral palsy, in particular the gross and fine motor activity development and speech development. The main section of the thesis discusses the neurophysiological principles of primitive reflexes and their relevance for early development of a child. The primitive reflexes, one by one, as well as the influence of their persistence on the psychomotor development of the child with cerebral palsy and options of their integration by selected therapeutic concepts are presented. Attention is also paid to the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation of medical rehabilitation and special pedagogical care in the field of primitive reflexology. The practical part is based on qualitative methodology ad its operates with data gained from three case studies.
