Diplomová práce zpracovává dokumentaci pro povolení stavby městské budovy v Ivančicích.Jedná se o stavební úpravu objektu.Stávající objekt bude ze strany exteriéru zateplen polystyrénem o tl. 200 mm a tím dochází ke změně vnějších rozměrů objektu na 18,855x15,955 m. Objekt bude zastřešen valbovou střechou na krokevní soustavě. Hlavní vchod do objektu je z jižní strany, za kterým je zádveří umožňující přístup do místnosti s posezením s občerstvením a dále do vstupní chodby, kde se nachází bezbariérový výtah a dvouramenné přímočaré schodiště umožňující přístup do 2NP.Po levé straně výtahu se nachází chodba směřující do technické místnosti a šatny pro zaměstnance. Ze vstupní chodby je přístup do šaten pro veřejnost, počítačové učebny a zázemí personálu. Po vstupu ze zádveří do vstupní haly se nachází WC pro invalidy a také vstup na sociální zařízení oddělené zvlášť pro muže a ženy. Sociální zařízení pro muže obsahuje dvě samostatné WC kabiny, předsíň, samostatnou uzavřenou místnost s pisoárem umývárnu s úklidovou místnosti. Sociální zařízení pro ženy obsahuje dvě samostatné uzavíratelné WC kabiny, předsíň a umývárnu. Ze zádveří je přístup na chodbu umožňující do šatny pro personál a také do umývárny a WC pro personál. Při návrhu změn byl kladen důraz na zachování původního vzhledu budovy. The building will be roofed with a honeycomb roof on the crown system. The main entrance to the building is from the south side, behind which is a doorway allowing access to a room with a refreshment sitting and further to the entrance hall where there is a lift barrier and a two-line straight staircase allowing access to 2NP.On the left side of the elevator there is a corridor leading to technical rooms and cloakrooms for employees. From the entrance hall there is access to the closets for the public, computer rooms and staff backgrounds. After entry from the entrance hall to the entrance hall there is a toilet for the disabled and also access to social facilities separated separately for men and women. The sanitary facility for men includes two separate WC cabins, a hallway, a separate enclosed room with a urinal, a washroom with a cleaning room. Sanitary facilities for women include two separate closable WC cabins, a hall and a washroom. From the entrance there is access to the corridor allowing to the cloakroom for staff as well as to the washroom and toilet for the staff. When designing changes, emphasis was placed on preserving the original appearance of the building. The layout of the building has changed. The object meets the prescribed standards and regulations
