Obsahem této bakalářské práce je příprava realizace hrubé spodní stavby projektu bytového domu a řadových garáží v Havlíčkově Brodě. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu se zaměřením na danou technologickou etapu, situaci stavby se širšími vztahy dopravních tras, výkres zařízení staveniště, schéma provádění zemních prací a betonáže, technologické předpisy pro zemní práce a monolitické základové konstrukce, pro ně jsou zpracovány kontrolní a zkušební plány, návrh strojní sestavy, harmonogram, položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr, bezpečnost a ochran zdraví při práci. The content of this Bachelor thesis is preparation of realization of gross substructure of apartment house and row garages project in Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis includes a technical report focused on the given technological stage, construction situation with wider relations of the transport routes, technical drawing of the construction site equipment, scheme of earthworks and concreting, and technological regulations for earthworks and monolithic foundation structures. For these regulations, the control and test plans, machine set proposal, schedule, itemized budget with a bill of quantities, and safety and health protection at work are prepared.
