Předmětem bakalářské práce je technologický projekt hrubé spodní stavby bytového domu v Ivančicích. Stavba je umístěna v jihovýchodní části Ivančic nedaleko Brna. Práce se zaměřuje na zemní, neboli výkopové práce, a základové konstrukce. Obsahem jsou technologické předpisy pro obě etapy, na které navazují zařízení staveniště, rozpočty, návrhy strojních sestav, kontrolní a zkušební plány, společný časový plán a bezpečnost a ochrana životního prostředí. Dále předkládá porovnání dvou různých možných řešení realizace konstrukce obvodové nosné stěny suterénu z časového a finančního hlediska. The subject of the bachelor thesis is a technological project of a rough basement of a residential building in Ivančice. The construction is located in southeast part of Ivančice nearby Brno. The thesis is focused on earthwork and foundation load-bearing structure. The content is filled with technical reports for both phases, wich follows site facilities, budgets, mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety. The thesis also include a comparison of two different possible solutions of the construction of extrernal loadbearing wall, especially time and financial comparison.
