Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením reálného podnikatelského plánu pro založení výtvarného ateliéru. Je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro celkové pochopení daného tématu. V analytické části práce je provedena komplexní analýza současného stavu. Poslední, návrhová část, obsahuje vlastní návrh podnikatelského plánu a zhodnocení podmínek realizace. The bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a real business plan for starting up the art atelier. It is divided into three parts. Theoretical part defines the basic concepts that are necessary for the overall understanding of the topic. In the analytical part of the thesis a complex analysis of the current situation is performed. The last, proposed part, contains the business plan proposal and evaluation of implementation conditions.
